Location: Leicester

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: £20 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Wet Trade Multi Trade Operative to join our team in Leicester. The role involves investigating, diagnosing, and treating issues related to mould, damp, and condensation in residential properties. You will also carry out general property maintenance tasks and provide excellent service to residents.

The successful candidate will be organised and able to manage multiple tasks or calls per day efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, and treat issues with mould, damp, and condensation
• Carry out general property maintenance tasks as directed
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Complete multiple tasks or calls per day efficiently
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard

Skills & Experience

• Asbestos Awareness Training
• Experience in property maintenance, building works, or a similar role
• Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, or plastering
• Understanding of the causes and treatments of damp and mould
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
