We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter / Wet Trade Multi Trade Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating, diagnosing, and treating issues related to mould, damp, and condensation in residential properties, while delivering a high standard of service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and diagnose mould, damp, and condensation issues
- Carry out remedial works using carpentry and wet trade skills
- Complete repairs in occupied residential properties
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a Carpenter or Wet Trade Multi Trade Operative
- Proven experience dealing with mould, damp, and condensation issues
