Carpenter (Temporary)
Location: Bristol
Contract: Temporary, Full-time
Reports to: Property/Delivery Manager
Salary: 20 per hour
Join our team as a Carpenter delivering top-quality repairs and installations across customer homes! This is a hands-on role perfect for an experienced carpenter with a passion for high standards and excellent customer service.
What You\’ll Do:
- Perform routine and responsive carpentry, including 1st and 2nd fix.
- Install and repair windows, doors, door frames (internal & external) and UPVC.
- Kitchen fitting and minor joinery.
- Fence installation (posts, feather edge, chain link, panels).
- Locksmithing: gain entry via lock snapping, drilling, and picking.
- Assist other trades and participate in general building repairs.
- Out-of-hours and lone working as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work, materials, and vehicle stock.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in 1st & 2nd fix carpentry.
- UPVC servicing and installation.
- Locksmithing experience.
- Hands-on experience with kitchen fitting, minor joinery, and fencing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
