A Local Authority based in Cambridgeshire is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Principal Property Surveyor to join its Property Services team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified surveyor to take a lead role in the management of the Council’s commercial investment and corporate property portfolios, delivering a broad range of estate management, valuation and professional surveying services.
Working within a high-performing local authority environment, you will support the Council’s strategic asset objectives while helping maximise income, investment opportunities and portfolio performance.
