We are looking for a Multiskilled Bricklayer to support our Housing Direct Works team. You’ll carry out responsive repairs, void works and planned maintenance across our social housing stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Bricklaying and general groundwork repairs.
- Responsive, void and planned maintenance tasks.
- Multi-trade duties where competent.
- Working directly with tenants and attending scheduled appointments.
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer care.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying, Groundwork or a main trade.
- Social housing maintenance experience.
- Multi-skilled across related trades.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Full UK driving licence.
What We Offer
