We are looking for a Multiskilled Bricklayer to support our Housing Direct Works team. You’ll carry out responsive repairs, void works and planned maintenance across our social housing stock.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bricklaying and general groundwork repairs.
  • Responsive, void and planned maintenance tasks.
  • Multi-trade duties where competent.
  • Working directly with tenants and attending scheduled appointments.
  • Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer care.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying, Groundwork or a main trade.
  • Social housing maintenance experience.
  • Multi-skilled across related trades.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Full UK driving licence.

What We Offer
