We are launching a brand-new 2-bed Children's Residential Home supporting young people with complex needs and learning difficulties, and we are now searching for the right Registered Manager to lead the service through registration and into a successful, stable and rewarding future.

We Are Looking For
We are seeking a confident and experienced leader who:
- Has experience within Children's Residential Care
- Understands Ofsted regulations and registration requirements
- Can confidently lead a home through registration

- Can build and lead high-performing teams
- Has strong safeguarding and leadership knowledge
- Wants to grow with an ambitious provider
Level 5 qualification and previous Registered Manager experience would be highly desirable.
