Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to work with a local authority in Bradford on a temporary contract (initial 3 months, ongoing).

This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be in the Bradford City Centre office at least 3 days per week.

Role Overview:

  • Managing services for Children in Care (ages 0–18)
  • Working post final court order (no care proceedings required)
  • Strong focus on permanence through reunification and family-based care
  • Supporting staff through challenging and high-pressure situations

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Children in Care services
  • Previous experience at Service Manager level (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to support teams through difficult/stressful environments
  • Must be registered with Social Work England

Additional Details:

  • Rate: £400 per day (Ltd)
  • Start: ASAP (urgent requirement)
  • Location: Bradford City Centre (3 days office-based)
