Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to work with a local authority in Bradford on a temporary contract (initial 3 months, ongoing).
This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be in the Bradford City Centre office at least 3 days per week.
Role Overview:
- Managing services for Children in Care (ages 0–18)
- Working post final court order (no care proceedings required)
- Strong focus on permanence through reunification and family-based care
- Supporting staff through challenging and high-pressure situations
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Children in Care services
- Previous experience at Service Manager level (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support teams through difficult/stressful environments
- Must be registered with Social Work England
Additional Details:
- Rate: £400 per day (Ltd)
- Start: ASAP (urgent requirement)
- Location: Bradford City Centre (3 days office-based)
