Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Boston. They are looking for a Conveyancing Lawyer to join their busy and expanding property team. The role is on a Hybrid basis and is paying a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Conveyancer:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build transactions
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documents
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures
