We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate NHS 111 Clinical Advisors to join our Integrated Urgent Care service. In this vital role, you will use your clinical expertise to assess patients over the phone and provide safe, effective advice, treatment recommendations, and onward referrals. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support patients to access the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments via telephone and digital platforms
- Use NHS Pathways and clinical judgment to determine appropriate care
- Provide evidence-based advice, reassurance, and safety-netting
- Refer patients to appropriate services, including GP, urgent care, or emergency services
- Accurately document clinical decisions and patient interactions
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
Essential Criteria:
- Registered healthcare professional (Nurse or Paramedic)
- Current professional registration with relevant body (NMC / HCPC)
- NHS Pathway Trained with current experience within 3 months
