Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a long standing client of ours as they are looking to recruit a Payroll Adviser to join their growing team.
Based in the heart of Blackburn, you will be responsible for the processing of clients payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Prior experience within in accountancy practice/bureau is essential.
What you will be doing
- Calculating and processing net pay, for each employee on a client’s payroll
- Collecting and entering high volumes of payroll data, supplied by clients,
- Ensuring all payroll is processed in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to strict deadlines
- Liaising with clients regarding amounts due to HMRC
- Production for transmission via BACS on the relevant dates, of net pay details ensuring the correct bank details are in place
- Reporting payroll figures in order to produce all relevant month and year end reports for each client.
- Assisting with transmission to HMRC, P45, P46, FPS and EPS returns.
- Having an awareness of CIS, the deadlines and responsibilities required
What you will need
- Minimum 2 years experience within a Payroll Bureau/Practice
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
