Your duties:
- Basic joinery and plumbing tasks
- Fitting kitchens and bathrooms to a quality standard
- Carrying out day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance on residential properties
- Working to a high standard to ensure properties are safe and functional
- Repair walls, ceilings, roofs, and floors
- Install signage, fencing, gates, or minor structural works
- Assist in refurbishment or renovation projects
Important information:
- Must be flexible to work across different sites
- Managing your workload effectively across different sites
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent
- Report any major defects or maintenance issues to supervisors
- Use tools, machinery, and materials safely and effectively

- Previous experience in property maintenance, repairs or a similar trade
- Great work ethic and attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Full UK Driver’s License
