Service Care Legal are working with a leading legal services client seeking an experienced Construction Barrister to advise on and represent clients in complex construction disputes. The role includes advocacy, drafting pleadings and legal opinions, and acting in litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and mediation.
Please note this role is outside of IR35 and requires consultants to have their own limited company.
Requirements:- Qualified Barrister with a current practising certificate
- 5+ years’ PQE in UK construction law
- Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, FIDIC and UK construction legislation
- Excellent advocacy, drafting, and communication skills
- Outside IR35 contract
- Fully remote, flexible working
- Competitive hourly rate (£40–£50)
