We are currently recruiting experienced Band 3 Community Health for upcoming NHS community support services across Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced healthcare support workers looking for flexible agency work within community support bed services.

Available Service Locations:

  • Buxton
  • Ilkeston
  • Staveley

Shift Patterns:

Services operate 24/7 with the following shift patterns:

  • 07:00 - 14:00
  • 14:00 - 22:00
  • 22:00 - 07:00

Please note: Long day shifts are not available.

Pay Rates (LTD Inclusive of Holiday Pay):

  • Monday to Friday: £16.24 per hour
  • Saturday: £16.50 per hour
  • Sunday / Bank Holiday: £17.50 per hour

Role Responsibilities:

You will support registered healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to individuals within community assessment units and support bed settings. Duties may include:

  • Supporting with personal care
  • Carrying out physical observations
  • Escalating clinical concerns and wound issues
  • Supporting with medication-related tasks
  • Following care plans
  • Supporting service users with daily living activities
  • Working closely with families, carers, and healthcare professionals
