Service Care Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded legal practice with a strong presence across Aberdeenshire. This role offers the chance to work within a busy and supportive property team handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with direct client contact and a high degree of autonomy. The successful candidate will ideally be based in or around Banchory, with flexibility for remote working and access to the wider branch network including Ellon, Inverurie and Stonehaven.
The Role
- Managing your own residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Providing direct advice and support to clients throughout the transaction process
- Handling a varied caseload including sales, purchases, transfers of title and remortgages
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple branch locations
- Maintaining high standards of client care and service delivery
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in Scots Law
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE within residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
