Service Care Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Scottish law firm for an Employment Associate to join their growing Employment team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to work with a diverse client base, including high-growth businesses, owner-managed companies, public sector organisations, and national employers.

The Role:

  • Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract matters
  • Day-to-day advisory work on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and workplace procedures
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, and service agreements
