Location: Staines (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)

Rate: Β£27.95 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract: Short-term temporary assignment – 8–12 weeks

DBS: Enhanced DBS required

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Resolution Specialist to join a housing provider on a short-term temporary basis. This is a high-impact role, managing complex ASB cases and supporting communities through effective enforcement, partnership working, and victim-focused case management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of high-level and complex anti-social behaviour cases from initial report through to resolution
  • Investigate ASB complaints, gather evidence, and take appropriate enforcement action
  • Prepare statements, serve notices, and support legal action including court proceedings where required
  • Provide clear advice and guidance to victims, witnesses, and alleged perpetrators
  • Work closely with internal teams, local authorities, police, and external partner agencies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with policy and legislative requirements
  • Ensure compliance with current ASB legislation and organisational procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing complex ASB cases within a housing or local authority setting
  • Strong working knowledge of ASB legislation and legal processes
  • Confident preparing legal documentation and working alongside legal services
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, victim-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Enhanced DBS (required for the role)
