Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an Anti-Social Behaviour Resolution Assistant to support a busy ASB team on a short-term temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing or ASB administrator to join a fast-paced service supporting frontline ASB operations.
The Role
You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the ASB service, assisting with case management, documentation, and coordination to ensure cases progress efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft correspondence, witness statements, incident schedules, and court application paperwork
- Assist with compiling ASB case files for legal action and hearings
- Update internal systems with accurate and timely case information
- Arrange meetings, drop-ins, and appointments for ASB officers
- Process supplier payments linked to ASB-related actions
- Obtain and collate tenancy documentation
- Monitor mediation referrals and case outcomes
- Produce performance and monitoring reports for management
Requirements
- Previous experience in ASB, housing, or a similar local authority / housing association environment
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced setting
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
This role offers hybrid working with 1 day per week in the Staines office, making it well suited to candidates looking for flexibility alongside a short-term contract.
