Anti-Social Behaviour Officer – Β£23.43 LTD / Β£18.67 PAYE – NW8, London I\’m currently working with a respected housing provider who is looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. Based in NW8, this role covers locations across London and focuses predominantly on supporting residents aged 55 and over. πŸ’Ό Role: Anti-Social Behaviour Officer πŸ“ Location: NW8 7HN – Covering London πŸ’° Rate: Β£23.43 LTD / Β£18.67 PAYE πŸ“† Contract: Full-time, temporary. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a comprehensive, victim-centred ASB service covering issues such as harassment, hate crime and domestic abuse. Investigate reports of ASB and manage cases through to resolution, maintaining clear records and ensuring safeguarding concerns are escalated appropriately. Work collaboratively with internal teams and key external partners including local authorities, police and health services. Support victims, witnesses, and alleged perpetrators with a balanced, risk-aware approach. Prepare legal documentation, serve relevant notices, and manage cases through litigation and court proceedings. Use the REACT ASB system to maintain accurate casework records.Requirements: Proven experience managing ASB cases within social housing or community settings. Experience using the REACT ASB system is essential. Excellent partnership working skills and ability to support vulnerable residents, particularly older adults. Strong understanding of legal processes relating to ASB including court preparation and notice serving.
