Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Safety Advisor on behalf of a respected Housing Association in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), Community Safety, Housing Management, Tenancy Enforcement or Customer Services who is looking to make a real difference within local communities.
The Role
You will support the Community Safety Team in delivering a proactive service to residents, tackling Anti-Social Behaviour, Hate Crime and Domestic Abuse related issues, whilst working closely with partner agencies to improve community safety outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and investigating ASB and community safety related cases
- Supporting residents and carrying out risk assessments
- Liaising with police, local authorities and community partners
- Maintaining accurate case records and management information
- Supporting community safety projects and initiatives
- Raising awareness of community safety issues within local communities
- Preparing reports and providing administrative support to the wider team
About You
Experience dealing with ASB, tenancy enforcement, community safety or housing management cases. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
