Service Care are delighted to be working with a long standing client of ours as they look to recruit an IFA Administrator to join their team in Altrincham. They are looking for someone with a strong administration background with a keen interest in financial advisory.
You will be supporting the team and providing pre and post-sales support to the financial advisors, making sure that all documentation is updated within a timely manner.
What you will be doing:
- General admin duties as required, scanning post, dealing with outgoing post, ad hoc client projects
- Preparing letter and correspondence emails to clients
- Obtaining accurate policy information, including valuations and preparation of data for client meetings
- Preparing simple review letters, advice reports & calculations for approval by the Financial Adviser and preparation of accompanying documentation as required.
- Recording, updating & maintaining client data accurately on client management systems including Intelligent Office and Excel MI reporting.
- Submitting and maintaining all client file documents in accordance with compliance requirements, identifying and correcting remedial actions
- Managing provider application process from submission to completion, maintaining communication with all parties
- Complete any general tasks as requested by line manager and follow through to completion dealing with any queries that arise
What you will have:
- Prior administration experience with a keen interest in Financial Advisory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail

- Base salary of £26,000
