We are seeking an experienced ACP / ANP to support a GP surgery in the Morecambe / Heysham area. This role involves delivering high-quality primary care services, managing a varied caseload, and working autonomously within a well-established practice team.
- Conduct same-day acute clinics, minor illness appointments and chronic disease reviews within scope of practice.
- Perform F2F and telephone clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and formulate management plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMIS.
- Support practice demand during peak periods by providing high-quality, autonomous clinical decision-making.
Qualified ACP / ANP with proven primary care or urgent care experience.
