Advanced Practitioner (Part Time)

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Advanced Nurse Practitioner to support on of our established clients, working within the Hull area. The suitable candidate will be working within a UTC, triaging GP appointment requests and performing face-to-face appointments within clinics. Location: East Riding of Hull (GP Practice Based) 33 PAYE inclusive p/h + £250 Welcome Bonus Contract: Locum | Full-Time and Part-Time Hours: Monday – Friday | 8am – 6pm Duties of an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP): – Triaging unwell adults and paediatric patients, through telephone triage and call handling – Contribution within GP clinics Experience with Long-Term Condition reviews – Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) – Experience within Primary Care or Community Care preferred DBS disclosures provided via fast track online services free of charge ~3 weekly payroll runs ~£250 training allowance ~ Specialist mental health consultants offering single point of contact ~ Ltd and PAYE payment options available ~ Nationwide provider of mental health staff to over 40 different NHS Trusts and over 200 local authorities
