Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP/ACP)Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to support our established, national client in the Yorkshire area. Experience within Primary Care? Don't hesitate to reach out!Location: Primary Care – Across Yorkshire & Surrounding AreasShifts: Block booking available (up to 6 months in advance!)Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time | Shifts available 7 days a weekDuties: 
  • In this role, you will work as a key member of the clinical team, providing expert assessment and management of a wide range of health conditions within your scope of practice.
  • Using your clinical skills and judgement, you will independently assess patients, diagnose conditions, initiate appropriate referrals, or discharge patients as needed.
  • You will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, including taking patient histories and recording observations, before signposting individuals to the most appropriate services based on their healthcare needs.
