Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioner to help support their GP Surgery on an ongoing locum contract. This is an excellent opportunity to introduce yourself into a friendly service, and receive shift bookings around your availability.
Location: Hyde, SK14
Contract: Ongoing Locum
Hours: 8am-6:30pm (30 minute unpaid break)
Shifts: Flexible - based on your availability
Rate: £45 LTD p.h / £39.50 PAYE Inclusive p.h
Role Overview
The postholder will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient‑centred care, working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of undifferentiated presentations within a primary care setting. The role will involve both acute and routine clinical work. The GP Surgery specifically needs a clinician that can support with Women’s Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments of patients presenting with acute and chronic conditions.
- Formulate differential diagnoses and implement appropriate management plans.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical guidelines and within scope of practice.
- Request, interpret, and act upon diagnostic investigations.
- Deliver health promotion and preventative care.
