Are you an experienced Adults Social Worker seeking a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for dedicated Adults Social Workers to join a busy and supportive Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Team with North Lincolnshire Council. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments under the Care Act, MCA and BIA frameworks
  • Complete regular reviews and updates to support care planning
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families and professionals to ensure holistic care approaches
  • Manage complex cases involving mental health and learning disability needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all assessments, reviews and interventions
  • Responsible for some court work, including reports and attendance at hearings

  • Proven experience as an Adults Social Worker within mental health and learning disabilities
