We are currently recruiting for dedicated Adults Social Workers to join a busy and supportive Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Team with North Lincolnshire Council. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments under the Care Act, MCA and BIA frameworks
- Complete regular reviews and updates to support care planning
- Work collaboratively with clients, families and professionals to ensure holistic care approaches
- Manage complex cases involving mental health and learning disability needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all assessments, reviews and interventions
- Responsible for some court work, including reports and attendance at hearings
- Adhere to relevant legislation and organisational policies to ensure best practice standards
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an Adults Social Worker within mental health and learning disabilities
- Strong knowledge of the Care Act, MCA and BI assessments
