Responsibilities
- Provide expert ADHD titrations supporting adult patients
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for individuals with ADHD
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical standards
- Support ongoing patient monitoring and medication management
Qualifications
- Qualified Independent Prescriber (V300 or equivalent)
- Relevant qualification (Nurse Prescriber, Pharmacist)
- Registration with Professional Body (NMC or GPhC)
- Minimum 6 months experience supporting adults with ADHD through titrations
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting

- Pay rate of up to Β£35.00 LTD per titration (Outside IR35)
