Service Care Solutions are working in partnership with a specialist ADHD healthcare provider to recruit an experienced ADHD Assessor & Prescriber for an ongoing contract opportunity. This clinician-led service delivers high-quality ADHD assessment, diagnosis and treatment to adults across the UK, helping to reduce waiting times through accessible, patient-centred care.
This is a home-based / remote role with optional on-site work available. Through Service Care Solutions, you will join a structured, governance-led service delivering both ADHD assessments and medication management, supporting adults throughout the full diagnostic and treatment pathway.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are qualified to assess, diagnose and prescribe, allowing them to manage patients from initial assessment through to medication titration and ongoing care.
Job: ADHD Assessor & Prescriber
Assessment Pay: £140.00 LTD per assessment (rising to £150 after 200 assessments)
Titration Pay: £30 per titration (rising to £35 after 500 titrations)
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Bonus: £250 Welcome Bonus, paid via Service Care Solutions
Location: Remote Working
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–20:00
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive adult ADHD assessments in line with recognised clinical frameworks
- Gather and review detailed clinical histories, symptom presentation and functional impact
- Produce high-quality diagnostic reports and clinical documentation
- Initiate and manage ADHD medication treatment plans where clinically appropriate
- Conduct medication titration reviews, monitoring treatment response and side effects
- Adjust prescribing plans safely and effectively within scope of practice
- Provide clear outcomes, treatment recommendations and patient education
- Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to clinical governance and data protection standards
- Work autonomously while collaborating with the wider multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Qualified Independent Prescriber (V300 or equivalent)
- Professional background as a Registered Nurse or Pharmacist
- Current NMC or GPhC registration
- Accredited training in ADHD assessment and diagnosis
- Minimum 6 months’ experience completing ADHD assessments
- Minimum 6 months’ experience conducting ADHD titrations for adults
- Strong clinical decision-making, prescribing and report-writing skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote clinical environment
