Service Care Solutions are working in partnership with a specialist ADHD healthcare provider to recruit an experienced ADHD Prescriber for an ongoing contract opportunity. This clinician-led service delivers high-quality ADHD assessment, diagnosis and treatment to adults across the UK, helping to reduce waiting times through accessible, patient-centred care.

This is a home-based / remote role with optional on-site work available. Through Service Care Solutions, you’ll be joining a structured, governance-led service providing both online and in-person support to adults requiring medication titration and ongoing ADHD management.

Job: ADHD Prescriber
Pay: £30.00 LTD per Titration, Outside IR35
Bonus: £250 Welcome Bonus, paid via Service Care Solutions
Location: Remote Working | On-Site options available
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00-20:00

Responsibilities
Conduct ADHD medication titrations for adult patients in line with clinical guidelines
Monitor treatment response, side effects and patient progress
Adjust prescribing plans safely and effectively within scope of practice
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Provide clear communication, education and support to patients throughout titration
Work independently while adhering to professional standards, clinical governance and data protection requirements

Requirements
Qualified Independent Prescriber (V300 or equivalent)
Professional background as a Registered Nurse or Pharmacist
Current registration with NMC or GPhC
Minimum 6 months’ experience completing ADHD titrations with adults
Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills
Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
