We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy repairs and maintenance team covering domestic properties across Blackburn and Burnley. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable, full-time work within the real estate and housing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
  • Complete general DIY and refurbishment works
  • Attend tenanted and void properties across Blackburn and Burnley
  • Deliver work in line with health and safety standards
  • Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service while working within occupied homes

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in a core trade
  • Previous experience in domestic property repairs and maintenance
  • Ability to carry out general multi-trade works
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Salary & Benefits

  • £18.20 per hour LTD
  • Temp to Perm opportunity
  • 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available
  • Sociable working hours
  • Holiday allowance
