We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy repairs and maintenance team covering domestic properties across Blackburn and Burnley. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable, full-time work within the real estate and housing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
- Complete general DIY and refurbishment works
- Attend tenanted and void properties across Blackburn and Burnley
- Deliver work in line with health and safety standards
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service while working within occupied homes
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in a core trade
- Previous experience in domestic property repairs and maintenance
- Ability to carry out general multi-trade works
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Salary & Benefits
- £18.20 per hour LTD
- Temp to Perm opportunity
- 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday
