Greater Manchester Police is seeking reliable and hardworking Janitors to join our Business Support Services team. You will provide an efficient janitorial service, including cleaning, portering, and minor repair works, ensuring our facilities are safe, clean, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of offices, grounds, car parks, and high-level surfaces.
- Minor maintenance: replacing light bulbs, fixing shelves and curtain rails, painting, and small repairs.
- Moving furniture and equipment; receiving deliveries and handling waste/refuse.
- Winter duties including gritting car parks and walkways.
