Are you an experienced and passionate Children\âs Social Worker looking for your next opportunity? Blackburn with Darwen Children\âs Services, recently rated \âGood\â in their full ILACS Ofsted inspection, are seeking a skilled Agency Social Worker to join their Safeguarding and Support team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and supportive team dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex safeguarding, child protection and court work cases working collaboratively with multiâagency professionals.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years postâqualification experience in Safeguarding, Child Protection and Court Work
- SWE registered
- Car driver with access to a vehicle
- Experience with Protocol Liquid Logic is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Working Arrangements
- Flexible hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days per week officeâbased
