Keys Group is offering a rare opportunity to take the reins of a brand-new 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in Leicester. This is your chance to create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment that helps young people thrive.? Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the launch and ongoing success of the new children’s home
  • Build and manage a passionate and committed care team
  • Ensure exceptional outcomes for children and young people
  • Deliver child-focused, therapeutic leadership and guidance
  • Guarantee full compliance with care and safeguarding regulations
  • Oversee budgeting, staffing, training, and operational development
  • Act as a positive role model for both staff and residents

? What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a senior role within a children’s residential setting
  • Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Sound knowledge of the Children Act 1989 & Children’s Homes Regulations
  • Strong budget and performance management experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility and willingness to be part of the on-call rota
  • A deep passion for helping young people reach their full potential
