We are seeking a motivated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to deliver targeted support for pupils and help raise achievement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of learning activities alongside the class teacher
- Working with individuals and small groups of pupils to support progress
- Delivering targeted interventions to support pupils’ learning and development
- Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN where appropriate
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers
- Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a supportive learning environment
The successful candidate will:
