We are seeking a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. The successful candidate will support pupils in accessing learning and help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils individually and in small groups during lessons
- Helping pupils understand tasks and stay engaged in learning
- Providing additional support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where required
