Childrens Registered Manager – Salisbury, Wiltshire (Permanent)
Are you an experienced Childrens Registered Manager ready to lead a residential children’s home that delivers safe, therapeutic and nurturing care? Service Care Solutions is recruiting a passionate Childrens Registered Manager for a permanent position in Salisbury, Wiltshire, paying £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
This role offers a great next step for an established Childrens Registered Manager, or a strong Deputy Manager prepared to take their first registration. If you have the leadership drive to build high-performing teams and improve outcomes for children and young people, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing all aspects of the residential home, ensuring consistently high standards
- Ensuring full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and quality standards
- Promoting outstanding safeguarding practice and ensuring positive outcomes for children and young people
- Recruiting, developing and inspiring a dedicated staff team
- Driving a child-centred, positive culture across the service
- Managing budgets, resources and day-to-day operational performance
- Maintaining strong relationships with Ofsted, local authorities and relevant external professionals
- Ensuring robust care planning, risk management, and quality assurance processes are in place
- Preparing for and leading Ofsted inspections
- Supporting children and young people with emotional, educational and social development
