We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a leading housing association, carrying out responsive repairs across occupied social housing properties.
Duties
- Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs within domestic properties.
- Complete a range of multi-trade maintenance works.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
- Ensure works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Provide a professional service to residents and tenants.
Requirements
- Previous experience working within social housing repairs and maintenance.
- Strong multi-trade experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Basic DBS required.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- A company vehicle will be provided for the role.
