Service Care Legal are working with a West London local authority seeking an experienced Property Lawyer, with potential for further work depending on requirements. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload across residential and commercial property, including:
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Residential and commercial property transactions
- Landlord & Tenant matters, both contentious and non-contentious
- Providing practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Supporting project work and meeting key deadlines
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx with a current practising certificate
- Ideally 3–5 years’ PQE in property law
- Strong landlord & tenant experience
- Experience handling acquisitions, disposals and wider property transactions
Please note that this role would be hybrid working and require office attendance 2 days per week. Contract is for 6 months with the possibility of extension, 36 hours per week.
