Financial Advisor – Gloucestershire.
Start
Date: Flexible.
Work arrangement: Home-based with occasional office attendance (approximately once per week).
Responsibilities
- Manage and service an established client bank of approximately 150 clients.
- Provide high-quality financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and broader financial planning needs.
- Build strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and develop new client opportunities through referrals and client introductions.
- Work closely with the client support and technical teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
- Ensure all advice is compliant, suitable and aligned with internal quality standards.
- Maintain accurate client records and meet all regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the business.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum).
- Must hold Competent Adviser Status.
- Experience as a Financial Adviser within a Financial Planning environment.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Commercially driven with the motivation to acquire and develop new clients.
- Confident servicing an existing client bank while actively building future opportunities.
- Working towards Chartered status would be advantageous.
