The Role
- Deliver high-quality, strengths-based social work to children in need, on CP plans, or in care
- Complete clear, analytical assessments and plans
- Work directly with families to reduce risk and achieve lasting change
- Collaborate across multi-agency partnerships
- Represent the Local Authority in court where required

About You
- Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, Degree or equivalent)
- Registered with Social Work England
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in statutory children’s social care
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation & court processes
- Confident managing risk and complex cases
- Car driver (essential)
- Enhanced DBS (Children’s Barred List) required
