Breaks: 10-minute break at approximately 10:00; 30-minute lunch break at 12:30
Pay Rates: £13.05 per hour PAYE in Holiday | £17.50 per hour Umbrella/LTD
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a hardworking and reliable Street Scene Operative on behalf of a local authority client based in Bilbrook. This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start, ideal for candidates with grounds maintenance or environmental services experience. The main focus of the role will be shrub pruning and general street scene maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Shrub pruning and hedge maintenance
- General street scene and grounds maintenance duties
- Keeping public areas clean, tidy, and well maintained
- Use of basic gardening and maintenance equipment
- Working safely and effectively as part of a team
- Previous grounds maintenance or street scene experience preferred
- Experience with shrub pruning desirable
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic DBS check required
