We are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join a busy main dealership in Stoke-On-Trent on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician looking to work within a professional workshop environment with structured pay progression and long-term career development.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
- Conducting vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
- Completing additional repairs once authorised
- Carrying out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Road testing vehicles to ensure faults are rectified
- Completing all paperwork and job records to a high standard
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Previous motor industry experience within a branded or non-branded environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work effectively within a busy workshop environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Salary & Benefits
- £34,000 – £41,230 per annum with uncapped bonus
- Permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm
- Structured pay scales and progression opportunities
