Overview
Senior Social Worker - Adults - Social Care Qualified (Contract). This role is a 2-week contract opportunity for a Social Worker experienced in adult social care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of adults\' social care needs
- Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families
- Keep accurate and detailed records according to compliance standards
- Provide advice and support to clients and their carers
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery
- Ensure timely and effective reviews of care plans
