Service Care Solutions is collaborating with a well-established law firm seeking an experienced and commercially focused Residential Property Lawyer to lead the growth of our Glasgow residential property practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a strategic, client-focused solicitor eager to advance their career. The firm aims to expand its presence in Glasgow and seeks a Senior Lawyer who can take ownership of business development in the region while managing a diverse and high-quality caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a busy caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and title transfers.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers, and other key stakeholders.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of learning and excellence.
Skills and Qualifications
- Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 2-3+ years PQE within residential property.
- Experienced Residential Property Lawyer with a strong background in complex transactions.
