Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced SEND Tribunals & Mediations Officer on an interim basis to support a local authority with complex SEND casework, tribunals, and mediation processes.
Hybrid working with remote focus and occasional attendance at a South East local authority office.
The role requires strong knowledge of SEND legislation, extensive case management and mediation experience, and the ability to represent the Local Authority in tribunal settings, often under pressure.
