North West Local Authority is recruiting an interim Tribunal and Complaints Officer (SEND) on a 3-month contract with immediate start. The role targets reducing SEND complaints and tribunal backlogs while ensuring cases comply with statutory requirements.

Working 35 hours per week with hybrid on-site work (minimum two days on site), you will manage SEND complaints, lead tribunal proceedings, prepare documentation, gather evidence, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
