You'll work closely with an experienced solicitor while also taking ownership of your own files.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support on a varied civil litigation caseload.
- Independently manage a portfolio of Landlord & Tenant and Debt Recovery matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- Draft legal documents, court applications and client correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, courts, counsel and third parties to ensure cases progress efficiently.
- Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a litigation team, ideally with exposure to Landlord & Tenant and/or Debt Recovery work.
- Ability to manage your own caseload with limited supervision.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
