We’re seeking a highly motivated Client Services Administrator to join our dynamic team.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000 (depending on experience) and a fantastic benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Processing new business from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Preparing detailed client meeting packs
  • Handling Letters of Authority, including processing and chasing
  • Submitting applications and advice sets efficiently
  • Maintaining and updating client information accurately
  • Establishing and nurturing effective relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Liaising with Head Office and Admin centres to coordinate activities
  • Overseeing incoming funds and handling client requests such as withdrawals
  • Managing fund switches and sending corresponding letters
  • Providing regular updates to clients on investment progress and transfers
  • Engaging in basic marketing activities and managing social media presence
