Overview
Investigation Supervisor (Op Warden) – Contract (2 weeks) | Ashton-under-Lyne, our client Service Care Solutions are recruiting Investigation Supervisor (Op Warden) for PIP2 accredited former Police Officers to support an investigation team on a full-time contract. This role is paying £26.45 per hour (Umbrella) and is subject to satisfactory vetting checks.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of investigative standards for complex hate crime investigations
- Allocate and manage workloads across investigators to meet operational demand
- Support the performance and development of investigators within the team
- Supervise case building to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with PIP 2 expectations
- Take responsibility for evidence gathering and quality assurance of case files
- Work collaboratively with Investigation Teams, Neighbourhood Policing, and specialist partners
- Support a high-quality investigative response during periods of increased demand and community tensions
