Family Help Deputy Manager - Contract Opportunity
Are you an experienced Family Support Worker looking for a rewarding contract role? We are currently seeking a dedicated Family Help Deputy Manager to join our client Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills in family support and management, making a positive impact in local communities. This role is offering a pay rate of £28.86ph and will be a fully office based position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of family support services, supervising frontline staff, and ensuring that service users receive high-quality care.
- Support the delivery of family support programmes aligned with organisational standards.
- Supervise and guide Family Support Workers to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Conduct assessments of family needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely updates and documentation.
- Collaborate with external agencies and social services to coordinate support.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Promote a safe, nurturing environment for service users.
- Contribute to team meetings and ongoing training initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working as a Family Support Worker or in a similar family support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Relevant experience in managing or supervising staff (preferred).
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
